This month: The Industrial Revolution
The period that shaped the modern world - we're in the late 1700s and it's the Industrial Revolution ...
This month's resources will educate pupils about this key period in history via the factsheet and activities. In particular, tasks encourage pupils to consider the huge impact the Industrial Revolution had on the landscape of the country, on the layout of our towns and cities and on travel. As usual, this is achieved through a range of simple lesson ideas which will stimulate pupils' brains as well as develop their drawing and craft skills.
